-Responsible for all operations of plant startups and Shutdown of Formaldehyde and Hexamine Plant.
-Managing a team of production personnel and delivering the production targets.
-Ensuring supply of products against the demand.
-Monitoring the inventory levels and making sure those optimum levels are maintained.
-Managing production performance and reporting related metrics on daily basis and a periodic basis by using Microsoft excel as well as SAP.

-Maintaining CAPA and HIRA reports meeting the standard specifications towards 5S and EHS as applicable to chemical industries.

-Troubleshooting of potential issues like Corrosion, Scaling and Microbial activity for Cooling Water systems by using 3D – TRASAR Technology.
-Auditing the new controllers located in customer sites and activating the controllers as Nalco’s customers to provide better service.
-Examining the controllers and system performance and advising the customers with appropriate chemicals and dosing rate. Which results less maintenance, no over- or under-dosing of chemicals, lower operating costs and maximum asset protection are the key deliverables.
