Responsible for ATOS 3-D SCANNER (GOM) & CMM activities for All New Product Development & Production Casting, Tooling & Cores inspection.

Operate, calibration troubleshoot programs for ATOS 3-D SCANNER (GOM) & Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).

Analysis The New Product Development & Production casting Quality issues through 3D Scanning.

Conduct the inspection activities & prepare analysis Report.

Under Development Trail stages Casting inspection & identify area in casting through Atos 3D scanning.

Discuss with Development Team & identify root causes & countermeasure for Quality issues.

Follow up doing necessary correction in Tooling according to analysis Report.

New Development Jig, Fixture & Gauges preparing with Team work & Calibration of Gauges, Jig, fixture & maintain the records in Tool History cards.

Inspection of Preventive maintenance tooling & correction in tooling through 3D White Light Scanner.

Coordinate with various departments for discussions & issues resolutions.
