Commissioned the Plant along with the Machinery in a well planned schedule and successfully performed the Performance Guarantee Run and finally handing over of the Plant to client.

Preparing & Supervising Chemical Cleaning circuits for carbon steel piping, Performing Purging / Blowing Inside cold box piping & Cryogenic Machinery (Turbine, LIN, LOX & LAR pumps etc) to proceed for initial plant startup.

Ensuring / (Modifying if necessary) the control room operational privileges for ease of plant commissioning and post sales operations.

Process Interlock checking and preparing Cause and Effect Diagrams along with the E&I department.
