Store maintance (Engineering Spares,Chemicals, Coal, Biomass Fuel & Etc..,).

Maintaine the Water treatment chemicals & Lab Chimicals.

Material in warding & Inspection of material GRN.

Timely issued the Materials & Enginering spares.

Timely arrangement Engineering spares & Materials.

Timely arrange the Local purchase Emergency material.

Monthly & Daily Invoice Clearance – Supplier wise.

Interaction with vendor, to follow-up the job work.

Monitor the stock consumable Spares,Chemicals, Etc.

Daily, Monthly, Stock statement preparation.

Document preparation outgoing Material (GP E Way Bill & Whomsoever ) Etc.

Gate pass(RGP) Monitoring & maintenance monthly report preparation & closing.

Controlling weigh bridge & Inmotion Rail weigh bridge also.

Support Internal External audit for store, EMS, Safety, ISO, CDM.

Timely scrap, Fly ash disposal arrangement & Preperation invoice.
