Built long-term customer relationships with key IT stakeholders at the CIO level leading to sales with new customers, including our single largest software contract.

Developed and negotiated OEM, reseller and referral agreements with significant system integrators.

Administrative and budgetary management of all corporate functions including SEC reporting/compliance, legal, contracts, general accounting, information technology, human resources, facilities and capital. Provided in-depth corporate review of multiple division P&L performance with a strong emphasis on project cost and schedule management and oversight.

Recruited by CEO to become CFO based upon outstanding financial and management as Division VP.
