JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervision and Inspection of works on site and Assignment of Activities to Workers, Who have the required Skill to accomplish the job within tolerances. Coordinate with Site Engineers and Consultant Engineers to meet project schedule and quality requirements.

Coordinate with Surveyors for all types of layout & survey works. Organizing and Managing required tools & Equipment and Manpower to the work place. Coordinate with Safety Department to ensure that proper safety regulation and precaution measures are followed if applicable.

At the time of Execution Coordinate with Draftsman and site engineer for Updating changes in drawings as per current site condition.

To examine and monitor work progress, materials and Construction site to assure safety and make sure that specifications are matching with real work to issue invoices. Planning of daily activities according to the instructions of engineer, project engineer and the availability of resources.

Collecting all the required information & explaining these to subordinates. Assigning & motivating manpower to achieve the goal efficiently. Calculating the resources required to accomplish the job. Checking and verifying the quality of works as per Drawings and BOQ and getting approval from client.
