EXPERIENCE CO-COUNTRY DIRECTOR, WALULEL (GHANA) LIMITED FEBRUARY 2017-MARCH 2019

I was in charge of the management of the Ghana-office of Walulel (GH) LTD. Walulel is a geospatial intelligence firm, headquartered in London (UK). Since my appointment as Co-Country Director:

The staff numbers have risen from 5 to 21 permanently employed and still rising along with 4 interns. These employees have been thoroughly tested and interviewed and assigned to either the Web-Development section, the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) section, Quantitative Analysis section or the Graphic Design section.

I revamped our business development initiatives, this has led to the lining up of prominent local clients for our products (which are aimed at the real-estate industry). This was achieved by virtue of having B2B interactions with respect to the IT/Telecommunications arena.

I personally pitched our firm’s purpose and objective to the Minister of Business Development during a mini-pitch conference at the Accra Impact Hub.

Under the leadership of myself and my Co-Country director, the quantitative analysis team has analyzed over 100,000 data points for specific metrics (such as crime, population, greenspace, tall-buildings etc.). These metrics are specific to various sectors of the city of London (UK).
