WORKING AS R&D ENGINEER & TESTING TEAM LEAD-DESIGN - ROLON SEALS

(MAY 2019 - TILL DATE)

Project-1:

Implementing India’s most prestigious project in process flow mechanical seal industry API seal test rig - Design to fabricating part. Cyclic Testing With Lube Oil Cooler, Lube Oil Heater & Chiller(20TR Capacity).

Project-2:

Designed and developed a new Mechanical Seals and Test Rigs for EHWT Propulsion System of Naval Science and Technology Laboratory. And it was tested upto 100kgf/cm2 with upto 20,000rpm by using a Spindle.

Project-3:

Designed and developed Agitator Reactor Mechanical Seal Static&Dynamic(with Inline GearMotor) Test Rigs.

Completely track the project performance specially to analyse the successful completion of its various stages as per planning

Responsible for preparing General Arrangement (GA) drawings of Test Rigs for Various Mechanical Seals using AutoCAD 2D and Solid works 3D.

Analyse the customer issues and providing best solutions.

Analysing old designs and developing new formats to reduce engineering lead time and Standardisation of Testing processes.

To ensure completion of testing within scope of time, cost and resources and maintain high quality standards.

Any Problems in Seals are solved by analysing thoroughly every aspect and dimensions of a part.

Maintain all records, documents and photographs etc. of the various projects and testing of Mechanical Seals.

Critical assemblies of Mechanical Seals and Test Rigs are handled.

Many critical refurbished seals are analysed and tested repeatedly as per orders.

To finish the projects/testing of seals in on-time, being follow up/mailing/communicating each and every thing with other Departments

Any other work function that may be assigned by Manager/M.D. from time to time. TECH LEAD - DESIGN (NOV 2018 - MAY 2019)

Resolving Enquiries by giving proposal General Arrangement (GA) drawings for Various Customers and for tenders.

Giving the possible best of best ideas for reducing time for manufacturing Parts.

Preparation of General Arrangement (GA) drawings as an Adaptive designs and Variant designs. using AutoCAD 2D and Solid works 3D and creating Bill of Material.

Generating Design calculation tools and creating/analysing data bank for both customer wise and product wise

Standardisation of Design processes to reduce engineering lead times CAD ENGINEER - DESIGN (JUNE 2016 - NOV. 2018)

Prepare General Arrangement (GA) and Manufacturing (Part) drawings related to Mechanical Seal as per Office requirements using AutoCAD 2D.

To review project requirements through Drawings & establish design requirements.

To check fitment against customer drawing / assembly.

To effectively communicate / clarify queries with internal and external customers.

Solving the issues raised through ECR and accordingly making revisions respective GA by ECN.

Creating Bill of Material using ERP/AutoCAD
