Responsible for Milky’s Dairy Farm which is one of the largest modern Mega dairy units in Egypt. provided consultancy,practical training and advice to staff. Improved ration formulations which have given us the desired improvement in cow health, production and welfare. Feed ingredient selection, feeding management, cow comfort, pen management and economic analysis was a significant part of the role. Introduced the use of fresh cow programs and changed the hoof care techniques which reduced cow lameness and mortality. Introduced protocols and working practices which improved health and fertility while reducing cow mortality.
