Using Dynamics 365, implementing a unified approach to the HHS Front Door requires a common way to understand the population served. The client has a huge CRM Architecture with multiple environments, more than 30 Organizations and many third-party tools integrated like Click Dimensions, ESRI for maps, SharePoint, etc. We upgraded their departments from Dynamics 2016 to Dynamics 365 Online.
