11/14 - Present

Register all patients in the ER department and outpatient department. Enter all demographics and ensure all information is correct. Inform patients of their financial obligations and collect co-pays.

Publix Supermarket - Baker

11/06 – 03/15

Perform customer service, answered phones, take orders for cakes and all bakery products. Mix and set up items to be baked the following day. Preform most of the baking.

Floyd Brace Company – Patient Intake Coordinator

04/12 – 03/13

Greeted all patients. Entered demographics on all patients and updated follow up patients’ information as well as insurance information. Created new patient files and collected copays as needed.
