Daily walk of property to pick up trash and report violations. Monitor the dumpster when trash is put on top with broken glass and make sure no trash is on property.
Nightly check of the pool during season to make sure its empty and locked up and Monitor pool. If need umbrella or trash picked up during the day. Etc.
Maintain records on file of all owners and renters.
Send out paper work, condo docs etc necessary for the sale of condos.
Make sure all long term rentals have a contact sheet to include tenants name, age and vehicle information

Meet with pest control company every month to give master key and keep up with which units may have changed codes and update our records if have
Help with implementing WIFI internet and cable. Monitor any issues that may arise with either.
