Qualified Expenditures is one of the major components in the calculation of capitalized interest. Currently, the calculation of Qualified Expenditures is performed manually using data pulled from SAP. This includes IT SOX Compliance. (Agile / Scrum / SAFe; Compliance)

-Product development for the automation of all processes, calculations, and BOBJ reporting for all corporate projects including design and building of new products and facilities in the US and Canada. (Agile / Scrum / SAFe)

-Vendor and contract negotiations, product implementation including vendor management, EDI, MDM, Corporate Communications, and interface with SAP - Payroll for implementation of a product solution where employees can use their corporate IDs to purchase at the corporate cafeteria and coffee shop using QuickCharge. -Manage software development and release management using Rally, MS CRM, iOS, and MS Team Foundation Server (TFS) for product development of a comprehensive health insurance software solution used by providers and their agents during annual renewal. 85% of enhancements were implemented as scheduled.

-Manage design and implementation of an integrated admissions, enrollment and registration, student demographics, grades, attendance, and other for students in advanced education at colleges and grad schools. This included data and the portals for educators, parents, and students.

-Work on engagements for one of the largest community of health care clients to ensure information requested during the bid process was availability re: compliance with AICPA SOC 2 Type 2 and HIPAA. This included conduct of the initial assessment and remediation based on the findings working with one of the Big 4 and internal audit during the first phase which was limited to Security and Availability. -Design and implementation of enhanced casino management system to include tracking all comps based on use of slot machines and other gambling events using “credit card” for room and / or restaurants/bar charges.The design included ensuring that Nevada Gaming Regulations were addressed and complied with.

-Manage content management engagements for a BI firm to provide them a better analysis tool when working with their clients to ensure required support is in place and to determine opportunities for additional sales. This effort included requirements gathering, defining project schedule, and identifying specific products available to be used, and coordinating vendors responses to the RFP and for demos.

-Direct the implementation of an electronic records management program. Focus on planning, requirements, and design of a comprehensive SharePoint solution using Records Manager and other add-on tools for a more robust solution. Team included both technology and business resources distributed throughout the US. Focus on identifying and classifying the records, documenting the associated process flows, and recommending improvements in those processes. The engagement was completed on time and under budget.

-Manage program of software solutions development for a records management organization from concept thru UAT using Agile/Scrum for rapid product development.
