As a strategic client partner, Cognizant is responsible for test planning & execution of functional and data warehousing testing of Optum’s enterprise applications including Siebel CRM, NICE, SOA, IVR and Warehouse data.

CLIENT DESCRIPTION:

Optum manages Membership enrollment, renewal and maintenance of the AARP plans for United Health Group . Its information services include database management (including electronic health records, or EHRs), analytics, and a variety of consulting services to health care providers, insurance firms, government agencies, and life science researchers.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage end to end testing work for the DataWarehouse functionality and lead the project team of 6 offshore resources to assign module/activity/tasks/deliverables

• Administrate project review, escalations, quality assurance, task completion, project

deliverables, customer interface & project status reporting for the project

• Provide technical know-how, support, coach team members on business & other project specific aspects

• Analyze and understand testing requirements from business requirement document, technical

As a strategic client partner, Tata Consultancy Services, was responsible for test planning & execution of JP Morgan’s reporting tool that was used to generate reports to analyze current trends, forecasting etc.

CLIENT DESCRIPTION:

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is a leading global financial services firm and one of the largest banking institutions in the United States, with operations worldwide. Chase Bank provides credit cards, mortgages, commercial banking, auto loans, investing & retirement planning, checking and business banking.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary work was done in Banking domain testing the client reports on intra-day, end-of-day, weekly and period transactions.

Developed testing scripts that address areas such as functional and regression testing, database impacts, bug retests and software scenarios
