Solely responsible for corporate Novant Health Intranet (on SharePoint platform), driving increases in quality of content, performance and usability. (600+ Intranet publishing sites, 3,000+ SharePoint team sites)

Intranet Manager (2010 – 2019)

Redesigned the Intranet to a fresh look and improved functionality which increased ability to share corporate news in a timely manner reducing the amount of emails sent on a daily basis; upgraded from SharePoint 2010 to 2013 at the same time

Participated in rebranding the Intranet to adhere to new Novant Health brand standards resulting in consistency in communication throughout all web properties; upgraded from SharePoint 2007 to 2010 at the same time

Built Intranet from the ground up by migrating content from company’s legacy Intranet to a SharePoint 2007 platform. Led a team of four contractors and interns

Worked closely with business teams to develop requirements/programming specifications/test plans

Selected and served as a member of the Change Management Advisory Board (CAB) – a panel of individuals from each IT team who reviews high risk change requests to determine whether they are prepared/completed to be released to the production environment
