Prepare Branch Collection plan of Outstanding not below 90% of OSL.

Monthly Reconciliation of customer/dealer account and obtaining balance confirmation of receivable.

Focus on Credit Limit enhancement and approval request with HO Credit Control.

Distribution of Quarterly Scheme payout as per price discount policy.

Conducting Branch Cash Meet monthly with BH / RH along with ASM for review on overdue OSL and Unapplied credit. Also review of pending C & F forms if pending.

Regular monthly dealer/distributor visit to know how operation is going on and is there any gap of discipline in terms of company SOP’s and guideline.

Follow SOP’s for Credit policy/ Cheque bounce policy

JOBS DESCRIPTION/PROFILE: - Account Payable

Review daily on vendor ageing and asset ageing report. Special focus on >90 days bucket and if any debit balances in books.

Review all provisions of AMC/Installation/Repair/Sales commission weekly and disbursement as per policy. Special focus on more than 180 days

Control on GL a/c & reconciliation of General ledger with Trial balance avoid if wrong practice.

Proper verification of vendor’s bill and accounting with accuracy. Follow P2P policy.

Travel expenses verification as per travel policy.

All transaction are compliant to company policies and accounting standards and are recorded smartly and correctly, implementation of proper control procedures.

JOBS DESCRIPTION/PROFILE: Goods & Service tax

Reconciliation of GST Outward register with General ledger and establish Liability.

Review errors of outward register at the time of uploading on portal.

Filing GST Return (GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B).

Knowledge of preparing data for GSTR 9 & 9C

Looking Statutory Tax, VAT, GST, C&F forms

Sales Tax Return preparation and assessment.

JOBS DESCRIPTION/PROFILE: - Inventory & order management module

Review on slow moving and non-moving stock. Defective stock >6 Months bucket. GIT clearance if > 15 days

Review each and every B2C & B2B sales orders and released/ship as per SOP.(follow O2C policy)

Focus on BBND & SRN, if more than 7 days cases.

B2B order Price checking if require.

Looking logistics related matter and processing freight bill of TPL as per agreement with TPL.

Follow SOP’s for Order management (Product replacement policy)

Special assignment:-

Manage audits of branches and finalize audit annexures.

Co ordination with all Big 4 audit firms.
