* Maintain daily shipments to and from customers throughout North America and Europe. Manage and plan material requirements to meet production scheduling for Chrysler, General Motors, MOPAR ( Dodge, etc..), Hyundai, and Kia.

* Maintain daily records of receivable material coming into the plant for Production.

* Maintain daily attendance with members. Safety and care of Forklifts and drivers. Training for members in the Shipping and Receiving Departments.

* Assisted in the daily operations of Production coordination to achieve an on time completion product parts per the requirements of the customer.

* Email customers with shipments, and advise on any adjustments for the weekly report.

* Schedule Semi trucks for deliveries with different companies ( 9 different trucking companies).

* Print labels, label product and inspect parts before it is loaded onto the trucks for delivery.

* Communicate with Suppliers on problems, on Inventory, pallet repair, parts (Quality and Production). Performed weekly physical inventories, conducted cause analysis to create corrective action plans. Evaluate inventory between the floor, what is shipped, and what is at the suppliers.
