Project: Parking lot with automatic number plate detection.

Project Description: This paper makes use of an onboard computer named Raspberry Pi3

processor. By this project we intend to make parking lots more advanced by scanning number

plates with the help of optical character recognition and to validate pemits and payment

automatically.
