Project: 1105 Villa’s – 700 Millions (AED) (comprising 5 clusters)
Period: April 2017 to July 2019 (2 years 3 month) Duties & responsibilities
Submission of monthly interim payment application (IPA) (including progress updating which are MEP,CIVIL,NSC,VARIATION WORKS, and incorporate MIR’s, IR’s,NCR’s, commercial invoice and other required Docs .
Finalize the payment amount with consultant & client through payment application.
Preparation & submission of Boq (Additional villa type implemented).
Preparation & submission of variation and finalize the variation with consultant & client QS.
Certified monthly sub-contractor’s payment (IPC). (Approx 35 IPC per month).
Preparation of monthly cost report (As per Approved IPA & Certified IPC amount) and sends to Head office for records as well as follow the payments from consultant.
Preparing sub-contractor’s agreement (Letter of intent-LOI) and any major work or special work associated, draft the final agreement and finalize with commercial manager.
Preparation of PC rate schedule (Qty & amount finalized with consultant Qs or client Qs thorough internal discussion and if require attend the meeting.
Quantities take off in various level as substructure & super structure.
