o Report management team the progress of the project o If receive feedback from management team, solve and report back o Check and inspect the finished job before handover o Process the payment

Maintenance

o Maintain the branches building and facilities in good condition by using outsource contractor servicing

o Responsible for electrical system, air conditioning system, building lighting and running water system to monitor, maintain and improve the systems

Most of the project is about plant renovation. Responsibilities include schedule preparation, pre- planning, inform, inspect and control quality of the contractor to ensure projects are completed according to project plans.

Responsible for electricity, plant cooling system, waste water treatment system, compressed air system, air ventilation system and running water system to monitor, maintain and improve the system.

Works with technicians to study and solve the problems.
