Academic Project: Simulation Study of Sour Gas Sweetening System using Aspen HYSYS

Natural gas contains many impurities like Hydrogen sulphide and Carbon dioxide. Chemical absorption using amines is an important sweetening method. Project is to optimise the removal of acid gases from natural gas to meet standard pipeline and LNG product specification. Design project: Modified Grey Water Recycling System

Grey water from wash basin have relatively low BOD and COD content. Project involves treatment of greywater at its source, disinfecting the water and reusing it for toilet flushing. No external power or pumps are used.
