HPI Dashboard Analysis - The HPI dashboard provides visibility of the change value of home price indices across a tier and geographical hierarchy. It uses tabs, widgets and graphs to show the change values for all regions providing an interactive experience to the customer.

Market Trend Dashboard analysis - This dashboard highlights the key performance indicators to identify the market trends across all geographic levels. The dashboard uses map widgets to plot the trends data in the geo spatial maps.

HPI Valuation Engine - This is a Windows based application developed using Visual Basic. This tool is used to evaluate the property price by taking the inputs on purchase price, purchase date and zip code.

TS Securities extends the insight, intelligence and experience of securities portfolio issuers, investors, analysts, traders, and insurers. It enables users to sort through large volume of data (in terabytes) and extract clear, objective reports through efficient MicroStrategy Enterprise Reporting suite. The users are given flexibility to access loan level details of data by time period or rolled up data at the securities level in a simple, easy-to-use web-based application.

Servicing provides mortgage portfolio risk-management productivity for credit risk managers, servicers, mortgage researchers, and insurers. It enables the users to evaluate portfolios, benchmark against the market, and analyze risk through the data on over $1.3 trillion in mortgages, including prime data from nine of the top ten national servicers and subprime data from the only national subprime databank. This project gives the flexibility to the users to roll-rate estimate on their portfolio from actual and easy to use web based application. Scorecard presents the information of the servicer performance that can influence portfolio value.
