In a team of three, started-up Jazan Economic City Polytechnic (JECPT) Project using an innovative approach to train and graduate technicians for the manufacturing sector of Saudi Economic Cities.
Startup received the Saudi General Investment Authority (SAGIA) award as one of its best two achievements of 2011.
Led JECPT's organization of 90 personnel (Faculty and staff). Developed the organization structure, directed the operation and the development of all financial and HR systems.

Led the HR Team of P&G Head Office in Saudi which is responsible for an organization of 250 employees and supports two plants of more than 900 employees.

Supported a 450-employees paper plant to reduce the managers attrition by 50% by identifying the root cause as manager-employee relations and deploying improvement leading practices.
