The facility is an AS9100 Rev D approved precision manufacturing of aerospace and Defence parts with various customers like ISRO, TATA POWER, HAL, BEL, GTRE, Rafael, Boeing and Honeywell located in Rajajinagar, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. 1. Roles and Responsibilities as Project Engineer

Review and Conduct the contract review, Manufacturing Feasibility and detailed risk analysis after receipt of PO with Cross-functional teams involving all departments.

Single Point of contact with customers and develops understanding on customer needs to meet demands within the contracted scope.

Sets priorities, allocates tasks and supervises tasks as of Raw material Procurement, Process Planning, Production, and to meet the target.

Responsible to identify the vendors and make the techno-commercial discussions with the team and analysis & support customer needs & assist Purchase team in interpretation of plans & specifications.

Preparing levelling plan based on the customer demand and track for actual vs planned production.

Monitor and assesses project issues and supports resolutions to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.

Conducts project meetings and prepares reports to communicate the status of the project within the team and to customer.

Presents the Project Report for the Management reviews and in project meeting as of actual vs planned OTD.

2. Roles and Responsibilities as Process Engineer

Review the drawings and understand customer requirements and technical feasibility study.

Plan for the tooling requirements likely cutting tool, Jigs & Fixtures, Receiver, standard and special Gauges.

Designing of Jigs & Fixture, Receiver gauges and special cutting tool.

Defining the process plan and process flow chart.

Preparing PFMEA and RISK MITIGATION.

Maintaining Engineering documents as per AERO SPACE standard.

Programming for 3 axis and wire cut machines.
