This department handled over 300 calls per month.

Responsible for correct data entry of spray application information into the Mainframe system for the 1,100 growers prior to the beginning of harvest. This information was mandatory to meet the Cooperatives’ requirements and FDA standards for delivery of a safe product. All information regarding herbicides, pesticides, and insecticides recorded in a coded form. Knowledge of both product’s chemical and brand names was necessary.
Coordinated monthly meetings for elected officials of the cooperative via email or mail notifications. Followed through with mailings of meeting notes and minutes in a timely manner.
Provided 1,100 members of cooperative with essential information through email or mail. Maintained updated information on membership in Mainframe and Oracle databases.
Responsible for maintaining the records for the Investment Credit program and Allocation Credit program for the members of the cooperative. It was necessary to provide accurate data entry and confidentiality for these financial programs.
