Selected Accomplishments:
Internal Consulting Establishment & Organization Transformation - Architected an organizational construct within Wholesale Business Technology providing an alternative to external consulting firms. Implementation included securing resources with expertise in management consulting, process engineering, strategy, analytics, and architecture. Aligned strategic consultants to business need creating a successful internal consulting model. Efforts led by this team include but are not limited to; Treasury Management Business Process Automation process selection and implementation, International Technology Current State Benchmarking, Gap Analysis, and Strategy Roadmap Refinement, Technology Health Refresh Program, Cloud Strategy Governance Establishment.
Transformation Program & Performance Management - Led a cross-functional Executive Governance Committee to assess new product development and implementation, process improvements, technology implementations. Checkpoints occurred during all phases of the lifecycle from concept to deployment. Decision criteria included but were not limited to; alignment with strategic goals, duplication of work, benefits, implementation plan/timeline, adoption planning, and operational readiness. Business Process Optimization (BPO) Loan Services – Led discovery of current end-end business process uncovering significant variation, duplication and rework within the processes. Discovery also identified 30 plus technology point solutions. Developed recommendations to streamline and lean the business processes and rationalize tools ensuring metrics to track quality, cycle time and risk were incorporated into the design. An end-end process was implemented resulting in productivity, efficiencies and employee satisfaction improvements.
Business Process Management (BPM) & IT Strategic Analysis - Led an internal consulting engagement within Wholesale Banking that established a vehicle to provide oversight, guidance, and coaching to optimize Business Process Management. The team conducted stakeholder analysis and current environment usage to better understand engaged parties, processes, and tools used in the 'as is' state.
