Supervise activities of the Time Office and maintenance of attendance and leave records, including processing of payrolls and making of full and final settlement of exit employees.

General Administration:

Oversee the implementation of corporate policies in the organisation. Implement staff welfare policies with key focus on enhancing employee motivation. Ensure optimum and effective utilization of funds in providing congenial work environment and basic amenities in the work premises. Facilities Management:

Interact with different departments for executing the maintenance of all equipment in the organisation and enhancing the overall efficiency. Co-ordinate transport, cafeteria, housekeeping & security activities in the organisation.
