Project Description:

This system helps to transmit DATA from one Place to Another Using TROPO sphere as a medium by TROPO Scattering method. Encrypted data is transmitted in the form of signal waves from one end at a particular frequency and angle to the tropo sphere. Tropo sphere acts a refracting medium and refracts back the signals, and these signals are received by the receiver at another end. The received signals are filtered and the required frequency. Then these signals are decoded with the help of encryptor systems

Role Description:

Inspecting quality of the materials used in the UNITS & confirming they are as per requirement or not.

Inspecting Electrical cables used for communication between units.

PROJECT 2 : LLTR (Low Level Transportable Radar) - ASHWINI

Duration : From February 2018 to August 2019

Role : Quality Analyzer

Project Description:

LLTR indigenous rotating active phased array multifunction 4D radar capable of automatic detection and tracking of aerial targets ranging from fighter aircrafts to slow moving targets. The system has an instrumented range of 200 Km and is able to detect 2sqm RCS targets as far as 150 Km in range with altitude coverage from 30 meters to 15 Kms. The radar operates either in Staring or Rotational Mode.

PROJECT 3: IMS-B05 (Integrated Mobile System-B05)

Duration : From February 2018 to August 2019

Project Description:

The IMS-B05 is a mobile system used for establishing data and voice connectivity through multiple layers of communication media and for testing & launching missiles thru FCS system. The communication and FCS segments are integrated in EMI Shelter mounted on a mobile platform.

ACADEMIC PROJECT : Design and Fabrication of Agricultural based Grass Cutter

Description of the project:

The project describes about the implementation of grass cutting machine by using the application of Manufacturing and Assembly (MA) methodology. A lawn mower/ Grass cutting machine is a machine that uses a revolving blade or blades to cut a lawn at an even height. The grass cutting machine is available in the various types like reel (cylinder) mower, rotary and mulching mower, hover mower, riding mower, professional mower etc. But these are very costly and unaffordable. Hence, it was found necessary to have a grass cutter which can be operated by unskilled labor in an efficient way. The project aims to upgrade the present conventional type to a more user friendly and multi-tasking one. The developed grass cutter has a multiple cutter which can be operated almost at same rated rpm but with little excess power consumption and with the help of bevel gears. The cutting force, the centrifugal force and strength criteria of gears are calculated and compared with the original design. The outcome of the report describes the need for modification in the grass cutting main stream production.
