Job responsibilities:

For the Health Care Project, develop the strategy to Transform 399 community Clinics into sustainable social enterprise, and work in incubation strategy to start-up. Also develop the entrepreneurship model for the 7000-outreach worker.

1.Translate health related product and service strategy into detailed requirements, recommend best validation approach and take through validation funnel for scaling decision.

2.People management Strategy, recruiting, onboarding plan and career path design for different kind of working styles and implication of the global and national labor law.

3.Develop deep understanding of users’ experience, identifies and fills consumer need gaps and generates new ideas that grow market share, improve user engagement and drive growth through SHN clinic network.

4.Recommend the nature and scope of present and future revenue lines by reviewing product, service and business specifications and requirements; appraising new product/ service ideas and/or product or packaging changes or pricing changes.
