Academic Project: An experimental investigation of performance parameters of CI engine using neem seed oil and rice bran oil. (Jan 2017- Jun 2017)
Transesterification is carried to produce methyl esters of both oils, the 10%, 20%, 30% blends of both oil with diesel and pure diesel is tested in 4-stroke diesel engine.
Calculated the specific fuel consumption, mechanical efficiency and brake thermal efficiency and compared them and found that 20% blend of neem-diesel has higher brake thermal efficiency i.e. 16.97% compared to all other blends.
Academic Project: Enhancing the thermal storage of Box type solar cooker using gravel stone. (Oct 2017 - Dec 2017)
Thermal performance of box type solar cooker with gravel stone inside the cooker was tested. The temperature profile of water and gravel stone indicated that the cooked food can be kept warm for long time with gravel stone inside the cooker
Academic Project: DSM Strategies for 11Kv Feeder. (Jan 2018 - Jun 2018)
29.5% of AT&C losses were observed by HESCOM during the year 2012 to 2015. Analysis of AT&C losses for 11kV feeder is carried and technical suggestions were recorded.
Academic Project: Energy and Exergy analysis of Supercritical Rankine cycle.

The energy and exergy analyses of the cycle has been performed for pressure range between 20MPa to 50MPa and temperature range 550 C-800 C.
It is found that with the increase in boiler pressure and turbine inlet temperature, both the energy and exergy efficiency of the plant increases. Industry visits
