Current Job Responsibilities:

Processing different HR related works such as hiring the Employees, assigning the Salary scale of employees in system, Separation actions of employees in system like Termination and Resignation.

Processing Payroll related works. Preparing Salary statements at the end of every month after considering the working hours of employees, overtime, commission and deduction etc.

Preparing Final salary list and transfer the approved Gross salary of employees to the Bank by online Uploading System.

Calculating Annual Leave Provision and Indemnity Provision amount of all the employees and charge to respective General Ledger Accounts in every month.

After transferring employee’s salary to the Bank, inspecting their proper updating in Ministry of Labour by coordinating GRD department of the Company.

Releasing the Final Settlement Amount (End of Services Money) to the employees including remaining salary, Leave Salary amount and Indemnity amount on the basis of service days of employees in our company as per Kuwait Labour Law.
