Assisted a South African teacher with academics for key stage 1

Taught pupils from Keystage 1-5 at the BI prep school, Johannesburg

Achievements:

Successfully moved within a month from being a teacher's assistant to a teacher at the BIP school.

Received a special letter of recommendation by the School principal addressed to the South African visa officers to convince them to grant me a critical skills visa on the basis of my high standards of English language required at a Cambridge school like theirs.

April’12 – October’13 Account Manager- Corporate leasing, Residential Cushman & Wakefield

Role:

Individual contributor for account management of the clients by handling end-to-end residential leasing/Primary transactions until the closure and final documentations and accountable for Annual revenue targets.

City orientation and relocation services to expatriate clients

Creating Sales opportunities through cross selling and upselling.

Develop and manage sales plans and strategies for residential mandates and new clients through active business development.
