Expose them to the sun by 8-9 o'clock am to get a vitamin e from the sunlight, Then clean their room and cribs or beds,

Take them a bathe,

And playtime with them

Then prepare again for their lunch and let them sleep.. While they were sleeping we wash all the dishes and do a laundry.. Then if someone poops or diaper is full already we need to change it a new one.. Prepare again for dinner meal for them, qash them, clean and organize their bed again and we do halfbath again to them and let them sleep..
