Kolkata Rainbow Home (August, 2019- till date)

Working in the Future programme as State Future Coordinator. Future programme is mainly for the rainbow girls of adolescent groups, aged 16 to 18 yrs old. Main aim is to make career plans of the girls and based on their skill, capacity they are provided job readiness training. After training they are placed in different sectors.

Worked in Module development, curriculum development for Early Childhood Education for different state, e.g. West Bengal, Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.
