1. R&D Mechanical Engineer Duration: 2 Month- Present Company: Enigma Motors Pvt. Ltd.

Department: Chassis and Frame

Responsibility: Performed Multi-Body Dynamics in MSC Adams View, Linear and Non-Linear Implicit Structural CAE Analysis to check the durability and optimize the design to achieve better strength to weight ratio.

2. R&D Mechanical Intern Duration: 6 Months

Company: Enigma Motors Pvt. Ltd.

Project Title: Research and Development of 3-Wheeler Electric Auto Passenger Vehicle. Description: Design and Development of Three-Wheeler D+3 Electric Passenger Vehicle from Scratch. I was in the Chassis Department and given the responsibility to design the frame, which is a composition of Sheet Metal and Roll-Cage as a Structural Members. The Linear and Non-Linear Structural Analysis performed in OptiStruct and Radioss respectively. Mesh generated in HyperMesh, Also, worked in the suspension geometry to place the hard points according to the Frame geometry.

Output: The Design finally approved and with minor corrections, it moved towards manufacturing phase. Awarded: Pre-Placement Offer as a R&D Engineer

3. Summer Internship Duration: 3 months

Company: Tata Technologies Limited (TTL) - Lucknow Project Title: Defect Prevention by using Digital Simulation Tools Description: The Project consist of Digital Manufacturing Process in which the aim was to create a virtual surrounding of a production line by using Digital Simulation tools e.g. Catia V5, Delmia, Siemens Jack, Teamcenter.

Output: Project implemented on the Assembly Line.

Awarded: Letter of Recommendation by the Design Engineer of Tata Technologies Limited (TTL) - Lucknow 3. Projects -

1. Design and Manufacturing of Tubular Roll-Cage chassis of an Off-Roader ATV by using MSC Adams View and Hyperworks.

2. Design and Topological Optimization of a Lug for a Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) by using Altair OptiStruct. ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENTS
