Responsible for all Human Resource duties such as hiring internal staff, training, processing payroll, days off, sick days, etc. Typically had 2 full staff office employees. Day to day operations- answering phones, placing employees with customers for short or long term employment. Managing backgrounds, drug screens, external payroll, banking needs, reports and other duties as needed. Creating and implementing marketing tools to develop new business and cultivate current accounts. Networking to bring in new potential customers, communicating about invoicing with customers.

Managed a local staffing service office. Placed employees with customers. Did all sales calls to bring in new customers. Managed internal staff, training for drug screens, payroll, Reports for main office each week. Handled all Human Resource needs on a day to day basis. Marketing & Networking to bring in new customers as well as utilizing marketing avenues to build business and employees.
My communication skills are great being in person or via devises. I have a bold presence when it’s needed, I can also be the one in back ground encouraging co- workers to help get any job done.
My leadership skills, are to be strong and firm when the situation calls for it, to be flexible when needed. I believe that follow-up is key to any leader being effective.
