JOB ROLES

Implementing and complying Safety Plan and Procedures

Provide technical support in annual audits and periodic evaluation of work environment.

Imparting Safety training to employees.

Identifying hazard, risk assessment and ensuring implementation of control measures.

Maintaining good housekeeping and industrial hygiene.

Organize and conduct safety training for all staff. Keep and maintain up-to-date records of on-the-job and off-the-job training.

Carry out investigations into the causes of HSE related incidents and prepares reports with proposals for remedial actions.

Supervise and report the recording, analysis of information on injuries, damage and production loss, access accident trends and review overall safety performances

Ensure that every employee receives training as per the standards laid down.

Special onsite trainings for working at heights permit to work, electrical safety, confined space entry, flagman, hot work, firewatcher, behavior safety, scaffolding safety, risk assessment for HSE personnel, chemical handling and storage, & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Co-ordination for third party inspection for cranes and lifting accessories.

Perform all reporting and administrative duties accurately and on time.

Ensure that all accidents, fire, loss, theft and damages are reported to superiors immediately and proper procedures are followed. In addition, where appropriate, take remedial action.

Conduct regular toolbox meetings or training sessions to enhance QHSE Knowledge and awareness among staff members.

Preparing Weekly and Monthly HSE Training Report and recording the Vital statistics.

Promoting Safety-culture within the company by education, training and motivation.

Ensure that periodic pest control is carried out in all areas of Operation.

Maintain highest possible standard of personal hygiene.

Handling site safety inspection and preparing report for improvement.

Mock Drills and creating Safety awareness in staff and workers.

Maintaining and updating records, details and information relating to HSE.

Conducting Site Staff Safety Meeting to discuss Safety Issues.

Providing training and coaching to personnel in Safe work practices particularly lifting, rigging, work at height and manual handling.

Documentation of Safety Plans & Procedures.

Preparing daily, monthly Safety documents.

Ensure that all job site and/or campsite procedures are strictly followed.

Attending the meeting where safety is an item of agenda.

Advise about suitability from a safety viewpoint of new and hired plant and equipment and validity of all appropriate test certificates. Advise about suitability standards of protective clothing and equipment.

Preparing training reports and updating the records.

Issues certificates, stickers to trainee attendee to assurance their competency in safe work and good safe behavior.
