oCollaboration with the Executive Steering Committee, vice president of underwriting, vice president of claims, vice president of strategic systems, as well as Guidewire and EY during the agile transformation approach
oConsistent development of three modules through seamless alignment of all teams within the organization
Successfully served as a relationship owner with the company’s electronic payment vendor, Fiserv, responsible for the automation of one payment channel through the Fiserv platform which increased efficiency and reduction of payment processing costs
Partnered with Transcentra (Exela) in enhancing the technology that automated paper checks into electronic deposit images which resulted in the following:
oCost savings and reduction of man-hours in processing and minimizing deposit charges with the bank
