From that study I concluded that HMIL is following a very good Organizational Culture and the employees are very much satisfied with that prevailing culture. And so they are highly committed and continuously providing their potentiality for the success of HMIL. I also suggested them to improve their recreation activity to further enhance their employees’ performance.
