3. Project Name : CalWIN CC Conversion (Mphasis Ltd)

CalWIN is a consortium of 18 counties in California providing Public Welfare and Assistance to the citizens through an integrated online, real-time automated system. The objective of this project is to modernize the Client Correspondence Platform of the CalWIN system by replacing legacy components with OpenText Exstream and provide ongoing support. CalWIN CC Conversion Project involves migration of 11,000 Client Communication documents (Forms, NOA and OCC) from Legacy Platform to CCM Platform (OpenText Exstream) in 13 different languages. This is the approach on most of the forms to get the content into OpenText Exstream quickly. This is followed by re-organizing the content on each form, mapping variables, applying rules and referencing forms in the correct order of output.


Designed various documents based on business requirements.

Involved in the both Forms creations and NOA (Notice of Action) to meet the delivery deadline.

Created different style sheets to enforce the corporate standards for the end users.

Created the templates in different language layers.
