Job Description:

Familiar with CNC machines like Deckel FP4A, VMC 600P3, HR5A.

To study the design drawings and understand the basic steps to be carried out.

To inspect the model drawn in “Solid works” w.r.t the drawing given and check over with tolerance values and to set the stock or raw material for the product based on drawing.

Planning the series of set ups needed to complete the job and simulate the program using “CAMWORKS 2013” and generate codes to send directly to machine.

Inspect the completed product w.r.t to the drawing and check with the tolerance values and dimensions.
