Maintain coordination with concern department such as Line Maintenance / Production Planning & Control, Shops, Procurement and Finance to obtain and provide the information about availability of Materials and Tools which are in urgent basis so that items are delivered in a timely manner

Setup Layout of Warehouse /Store & prepare work organization chart; procedures such as SOP. Monitor and maintain the operational implementation in the warehouse in order to always run in accordance with the procedure such as how to receive the goods, checking, placement in storage location, its recording, FIFO system, etc. Manage and Maintain all Inventory asset which are belongs to United Airways (BD) Ltd. Helping Procurement department to getting professional supplier and repair station as per airworthiness requirement.

In House Training for Store / Procurement staff especially procedures of Store and Procurement such as how to receive the goods, checking, placement in the storage location

,maintain stock level, how to monitor shelf life / due calibration for the tools,how to follow up Material requisition from user, reporting, etc. Prepare its annual budget specifically for the procurement of materials and tools needed according to Production Planning and Control programs Achievement
