Preparing and submitting Request for Inspection (RFI), Checklist and E-log within 24 hours prior to inspection.

Preparing and submitting Material Inspection Request (MIR), Request for Site Inspection (RSI), Test Report Submittal (TRS), and Maintaining of Tracking Schedule.

Receiving, dispatching and filing of all technical and non- technical documents in and out of the office.

Providing copies of Document Control document registers (hard or soft copies) as require for submittals within J&P reports, for meetings, for Quality Control use, etc.

Efficiently and safely filing both hard and soft document copies such that documents can be retrieved quickly and stored without serious damages, as indicated in the J&P QESH Procedure.

Supporting the QA/QC department in all administration tasks.

Maintaining the full flow by controlling project QA/QC documents.

receiving and controlling of documents such as the response from the consultants,submittals for contractor as built drawings,updating logs to the registry.

Update all logs for material logs,NCR’s,engineer’s constructions.

Record keeping of received and sent letters to the various consultants and other contractors.
