- Maintenance of residential houses of top beaurocrates and ministers (of Punjab And Haryana govt.), Punjab & Haryana Governor Houses, Punjab & Haryana Secretariat, other Office- buildings, School buildings and Hospital buildings in chandigarh. a) Maintenance : Undertaken works like white-wash, Acrylic emulsion, texture paint, Wooden melamine polish, Exterior apex paint & snowcen paint etc. b) Renovation : Iron & Aluminium glazing, wooden glazing and cabins with hard & soft wood including wooden-ply and lamination, wall paneling, sound proofing of hall, different kinds of false ceiling, Replacement of floors with all kind of wooden flooring, marble/ granite / Italian marble / vitrified tiles flooring etc. c) Rehabilitation : Strengthening of foundation with additional reinforcement, Additional anchqerage to the building, Prevention of roof leakage with different means, repair and rehabilitation of RCC slabs with pressure concrete method, Strengthening of wall, roof, tresses, replacement of G.I. sheets, Asbestos sheets, fiber glass sheets.
