RPOS is now Sync with SAP CRM 7.O, SAP R3 & various supporting systems.

o SAP Authorization Management: Standard Roles were created for all the stores users and the Head office user as per their job profile with the help of Audit team and SAP team as per business requirements. HR Role based Auto SAP Id Creation & Authorization has been implemented for Store users to reduce various dependencies in getting SAP access. o HPSM Portal Management: Most of the business processes were streamlined with this Portal through business logics as it connects the Head office users and the Retail Store users. New enhancement has done in the HPSM portal as per business requirement and it will help in the issue resolution part for various issues in stores (IT related, Infra issues, Accounting issues & other business-related issues) with in the defined SLA.

o IMEI/Serial No Capturing in SAP: Successfully implemented IMEI/Serial no capturing in SAP from procurement till the article is sold to customer. With this a product’s ageing can be identified easily.

o Auto PI in SAP: Auto PI helps in the daily inventory count & posting of Inventory, Shrink management.

o Offline PI Count Correction App for Stores: Dependency on network connectivity has been eliminated & so that PI can be done on daily basis.

o GRN app through Mobile Suite App: With this App GRN can be done using mobile devices & it eliminate the use of hand held scanners as scanning can be done through mobile camera.

o GST implementation: Successfully Implemented GST in all the processes & systems where the VAT tax was involved. o Implemented SAP FIORI Module for POP UP store Format: Successfully Implemented SAP FIORI Module for POP UP store Format for better planning & inventory management. o Level Promotion Enhancement: Enhancement done in promotion module in RPE & POS to support Best Deal Promotions (Promotions with OR logic).

o Discount Portal: Separate Portal implemented to control the discount provided at store level by introducing kitty based discount. Functionality to maintain discount capping at family level & Discount blocking of few special SKU’s to have better system control on discount provided at stores. This will avoid loss of margin due to excess discounting. o PO Release App: Implemented PO release App to the business user to provide flexibility to release PO/STO through mobile application on the go without any dependency on laptop/Desktop.

o Integration on Paper Finance MOPs: Integration done with various paper finance companies like BAFL, Capital First, HDBFS, HDFC, etc. which helps in better reconciliation. o JIO CAF/Recharge/EKYC CAF Implementation at Reliance Digital Stores through POS: JIO Sim/ Recharge sales through POS enabled at all Reliance Retail outlets.

o Home Delivery tracking: Successfully implemented Home Delivery Tracking Application. This application will help to track Driver and the consignment which should be delivered on time to customers.

o Voice of customer: Implemented and providing support for VOC at Pan India stores (1500+ stores) to capture feedback from customer about their overall experience through sales process in Reliance stores to improve business process and customer satisfaction.
