Managed a Six Sigma Black Belt project as the project leader by holding accountability for weekly failure analysis reporting, defect trend monitoring, as well as root cause analysis, resulting in streamlined production that increased line performance by 70% and eliminated 85% of waste through implementation of the six sigma methodologies. Project had an overall savings of $719,000.
