21 years total relevant experience in communication & instrumentation work in oil and gas producing company (Saudi Aramco) and Telecommunication Company (Saudi Telecommunications Company).

Worked on behalf of Saudi Aramco Project Inspection Division as a Client Representative to administer the Quality Management System (QMS) implementation of EPC Contractor’s during detailed design, procurement, construction and pre-commissioning.
Responsible to review contractor’s quality document generated on the project such as Project Quality plan, Quality Control Plan & Inspection Test Plan in compliance to schedule Q requirements.
Perform inspection all phases of the splicing/termination and testing of cable system (OSP & ISP).
Perform inspection and witness all various Communication System such as Outside Plant Cables and Conduits, Structured Cabling, Data Network, Telephone Network, In-Plant Communication, Mobile Radio, Access Control System, Process CCTV and Telephone System in compliance to approved contractor inspection test plan and check list.
Perform inspection and witness all parts of the work in compliance to approved contractor Project Quality Plan, Quality Control Procedures and Inspection Test Plan in line with Saudi Aramco IFC drawings, specifications and standards applicable to the work
Perform Surveillance/Monitoring to site for the ongoing activities from time to time to ensure the quality of work being executed will be in accordance to the project requirements per applicable standards and approved IFC drawings.
