§ Act as the onsite contact for the client during the event including ensuring equipment functionality and supervising/training temp staff which includes roughly 20% travel

§ Create websites and registration forms using html and css coding

§ Creating Standard Operating Procedures for the registration and event technology department as well as turn over documentation and enhancing the project plan templates for more efficient information

§ Have thorough knowledge of all accounts on the registration and event technology team, over 50 events at a given time, in order to fill in for the Senior Manager in her absence

§ Assist clients with creating and updating marketing to increase attendance

§ Supervise the Project Leads and assist the Senior Manager in assigning new clients

§ Conduct weekly meetings with the Project Leads to discuss account status, workload, and questions and concerns

§ Complete all duties as assigned to Project Leads for personally assigned projects
