The scope of the project was to define the Target state architecture for GW Claims Reporting solution based on the findings of the deep dive analysis. The architecture is a combination of EDW (includes DataMart), Data Stage and Replication DB based on reporting needs. The scope includes development of 47 Claims reports (37 existing reports & 10 new reports) from new comprehensive data model for claims in align- ment with industry best practices.

Objective was to develop Sales Distribution reports as well as Pace reports for Web and Mobile devices (Android and iPhone). The scope of the project was to implement Automation of Sales Distribution reports and Pace reports and Automated Email ap- plication for client. It included development of 2 Distribution reports, 2 Pace reports, and one Email report and development of portrait version of one mobile report on smart phones for Sales Ops and Distribution.

The CommDesk Dashboard project is used to receive data from various business units and functional units on their handled calls, working hours and revenue details. The system used Tableau 9.2 to develop reporting solutions to showcase the client in which area the revenue became a loss. This dashboard mainly shows an alert to the clients based on thresholds. This dashboard uses doughnut chart, bar graphs, maps, line graph, bubble chart etc. On page drilling is used in these dashboards to give a user friendly visual insight
