RESPONSIBILITES:

DEC - 2016 TO TILL DATE GULF ENERGY COMPANY SUPPLY TO M/S AL-KHADDA – KUWAIT MECHANICAL ENGINEER @EF-1877-42” PROJECT o Proficient in understanding isometric, plan and piping & instrumentation drawings.

o Strong Supervising skills in fabrication and erection of piping and structural works as per the issued for construction drawings.

o Supervised erection of piping and structural fabricated spools on site as per the Isometric and plan drawing

o Able to prepare punch list of line, prepare the line for hydrostatic testing as per the Approved hydrostatic test package and marked on the isometric & P& ID drawing for the limit of test.

o Conducting hydrostatic test in accordance with the approved hydrostatic test procedure.

o Reinstatement of line for the punch item B & C.

o Supervising the foremen and leadsmen and assigning jobs as per their experience and capability.

o Explain the assigned jobs to foremen and leadsmen and keeping proper track of their progress and monitor to ensure that discipline related activities. o Arranging equipment as per the requirements and priority of job. o Planning of job in advance as per priority basis. o Shutdown works purging, spading, removal of the Old valves and Erection of the new valves,

o Pipe Supports, air leaks testing, Hydro testing for Spools o Line Installation of spool pieces’ spacers and blind flange o Modification of pipe lines as per field condition. Prepare the line for hydro test as per hydrostatic test package. Punch List works, Commissioning of Project o Installation of 42” pig LANCHER / RECEVER and the installation associate piping works

o Preparing & maintained the progress reports day by day. PROFESSIONAL SKILLED:

o Preparing the pre-commissioning procedures for the turnover systems as prescribed by the design engineers.

o Supervising a complete P&ID punch list of the systems as they are turned over to o pre-Commissioning as mechanically complete.

o After punch lists were cleared, did the preparation of the systems for air blowing or water flushing to clean any dirt and/or debris from the piping. o After cleaning the systems each was reinstated to operable condition for drying and boxing up.

o All of the systems had to be signed off by the client for cleanliness and the cold systems were checked and signed off for dryness.

o 42” Split tee welding on on-line pipeline for hot tapping successfully completed in 42” HP pipeline project KOC

o Preparation of hydro test piping / pipeline for 42” & 40 “test pressure upto 60 bar with blow off and drying line with dew point -40 c o Nitrogen purging and spading exiting valves in KOC o Preparation of pre-commissioning & commissioning jobs. o Plan and organize, including generation of programmers. Follow-up and optimum resource utilization, Control and monitoring of departments man-hour expenditure including indirect hours, overtimes and days off to workers. o Installation of jib crane capacity 5ton & carried out load test up to 7.5 ton as per KOC standard
